Back to School - Update

Dear Parents,

Thank you very much for your help in providing a safe, secure and happy environment for the children.

The children themselves have been wonderful, especially our new Junior Infants. They are all adjusting to the safety protocols introduced.

A few things to bear in mind:

1. The school doors will remain closed until 8:40am.

2. Could we remind all adults to ‘drop and go’ because not doing so can lead to congestion outside the wall.

3. As difficult as it is, could we ask parents not to congregate at the wall as in some instances social distancing is not occurring.

4. Finally, we recommend that the children dress warmly in school. In line with recommendations we are trying to keep the rooms ventilated and so the classroom windows are open.
